SCOTTISH COUNTRY DANCING (Margaret McGovern)
Keeps the brain and body fit. Relieves stress. The laughter doing more good than the dancing ever will. Come and find out.

SINGING FOR PLEASURE (Malcolm Bennett)
For people who would like to sing more, and with others. Should not be seen as a 'Gareth Malone' type of group. Just singing a wide variety of songs - old and new-ish, of all types, for pleasure and the benefits of singing. Mostly unaccompanied.
